This role focuses on leading software development efforts from requirements through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring systems meet performance, interoperability, and cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, review, and maintain software requirements, designs, and specifications.

Recommend enhancements to improve performance, sustainability, and security.

Coordinate integration, testing, and technical exchanges with vendors and partner organizations.

Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and drive automated testing strategies.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and secure coding standards.

Participate in Agile / SAFe development processes and contribute to DevSecOps initiatives.

Provide technical input for acquisition planning, documentation, and risk management.

Requirements :

Active DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

BS / BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related ABET-accredited field (or equivalent with significant software engineering experience).

8+ years in software engineering, including requirements analysis, coding, integration, and testing.
