Product Manager, Integrated Payments

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Integrated Payments.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client and user discovery to identify unmet needs and opportunities in the payments journey

Design and optimize user-friendly payment experiences while balancing institutional and consumer expectations

Develop product roadmaps based on strategic priorities and drive product delivery through collaboration with design and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or edtech

Strong foundation in human-centered design with the ability to translate insights into solutions

Experience with iterative product development processes, including experimentation and MVPs

Comfort working with AI / ML technologies and understanding their impact on user experiences

Experience with service design tools and methods, including journey and ecosystem mapping
