Have a passion to maximize sales opportunities? Focused on achieving revenue quotas through product and service recommendations, you'll enhance and build relationships with customers as you identify and develop new business opportunities that support our growth goals. Whether it's qualifying leads, initiating contacts, or resolving a unique business problem, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a typical day, you'll Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Document interactions clearly and follow through as needed Meet goals related to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction

What you bring to the role 1 year or more of sales experience Recognize customer needs, apply business acumen and sales expertise to address challenges, and explain solutions while seeking growth opportunities and making informed decisions. High school diploma or equivalent Computer experience Ability to work onsite in the office is an essential function of the job
