Position Summary :
As a Senior Regional Manager for Advanced Management Group, you would oversee the entire operations of a portfolio of multi-family properties in the Las Vegas Valley. The Senior Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for assembling a strong team by assisting in the recruitment, training, development of regional managers / property managers and ensuring implementation and execution of Advanced Management Group policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
The Senior Regional Manager will complete a broad variety of tasks for the company including but not limited to the following as other duties may be assigned :
- Develop and maintain a high performing team of site staff members through the creation of a positive work environment, recognition of team effort and support of all employees’ desired career path.
- Formulate and manage an annual operating budget for every property in the managed portfolio.
- Track and analyze actual operations in relation to budget and report on at least a monthly basis.
- Overall accountability for the operational and financial performance of portfolio; reviews ongoing adherence to affordability restrictions and monitors financial operations to ensure compliance with budgets
- Evaluate markets on a regular basis and formulate marketing plans to ensure market leading occupancy and rental rate performance.
- Regularly visit all managed properties and ensure that Advanced Management Group quality control standards are met and, hopefully, exceeded.
- Regularly mentor, coach, supervise, and develop site staff or growth and exceeding performance.
- Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard, and maintenance staff is not only handling necessary repairs but are also undertaking pro-active measures and preventative maintenance.
- Maintain proficiency in the use of leading industry technologies and teach team members on the use of available technology.
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with tenant and vendor issues that rise beyond the scope of site staff.
- Gather proposals, with assistance from site staff, and approve repair, operating and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure consistent on-site staff compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations (Fair Housing, OSHA, city & county ordinances, etc.)
- Endeavour to create a positive living environment for all residents and translate that into strong resident retention and a positive on-line reputation for all properties in the portfolio.
- Complete site audits, quarterly minimum.

Must obtain and maintain a Nevada Real Estate License and Property Manager PermitLocal travel is requiredMulti-family Property Management : 7-10yearsRegional Manager : 5-7yearsKey Skills :
Basic math skills; ability to analyze figures; knowledge of accounting principles; excellent verbal / written communication, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizational skills.
