The Coax, Copper & Fiber Maintenance Supervisor oversees field maintenance teams responsible for the repair and upkeep of coaxial, copper, and fiber infrastructure. This position ensures fast and safe response to network outages while maintaining high operational standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing the network infrastructure;
- Coordinate emergency outage responses and assign field personnel as needed;
- Ensure proper operation and inspection of HFC nodes, coax, copper, and fiber systems;
- Review and approve splice work and technical field documentation;
- Monitor workforce performance and provide technical training and guidance;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies;
- Collaborate with internal departments (NOC, Construction, Operations) to improve network reliability.
Requirements
Valid U.S. Driver’s License;Strong technical knowledge of HFC nodes and Coax splicing practices;Previous experience in the telecom field maintenance preferred;Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field teams effectively;Strong communication and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure.Benefits
