Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This position requires a proactive and strategic leader with a strong background in HR administration and systems. Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs, ensuring they align with organizational needs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on HR policies and compliance matters.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention through effective communication and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce planning and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement.
- Oversee the payroll process and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Develop and implement HR procedures to support organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in human resources management or a related role.Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS systems, with experience using platforms such as Paycor.Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution.Proven ability to manage benefit programs and related administrative tasks.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration.Experience in onboarding processes and workforce planning.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
