Assistant Front Office Manager (PM Shift)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our hotel team as an Assistant Front Office Manager . In this role, you will support the Front Office Manager with daily operations, administrative responsibilities, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience during PM shifts and overnight / night audit shifts when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager with scheduling, training, and staff development
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
• Maintain smooth communication between departments to ensure excellent service
• Oversee daily reports and assist with administrative tasks
• Previous front desk or hospitality supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to lead a team with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
• Hearing, writing, typing
• Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
• Other duties may be assigned
