This position is 100% Remote

ESN is currently looking for a Technical Analyst IV (Software Engineering) to join a highly motivated and skilled team, in support of the BA-ISEA program.

Responsibilities

• The SME will be part of the Sustainment after installations team that focuses on configuration, testing, and installations of the MFOM and NTCSS software.
• Providing system administrative server configurations and trouble shooting in test and production environments to include Cloud Services. Provide application and environment knowledge to end users. Participate and assist with MFOM and NTCSS software installations.
• Providing input and technical feedback with documentation for LOGIT applications.
• Providing training design, support, and implementation for LOGIT applications (external and internal).
• Performs other duties and works schedules as assigned by management, which may include changes to duties, responsibilities, or work hours as required to meet contractual obligations, mission requirements, or the needs of the organization.
• Work Schedule : Monday through Friday with Core Hours 0900 - 1500.
