Meta is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team. PDO provides data and insights that power machine learning and AI, at the core of all Meta products. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GenAI programs by providing leadership, strategic oversight, and operational expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure the efficient execution of GenAI initiatives. GenAI Program Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and drive planning, execution, and delivery of GenAI programs to achieve strategic goals and milestones, including kickstarting 0 to 1 efforts
• Build strategic, data-driven processes, frameworks, and / or analytical tools to identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate GenAI product development cycles
• Collaborate closely with GenAI research, engineering, and product teams to align program objectives with broader organizational goals
• Proactively identify program risks, develop and execute mitigation plans, and communicate rationale and updates clearly
• Guide the work of onshore and offshore workers to complete data annotation projects

$157,000 / year to $218,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
