Your Responsibilities

• Multitask effectively and adapt to the fast-paced demands of the role to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results that align with individual and branch goals, driven by empathy and encouragement.
• Build and maintain strong connections with customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Oversee the entire life cycle of loans, including collections, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and collaborate with other departments via various technological channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement and a goal-oriented mindset that drives your success.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their loans and options.

Preferred Qualifications :

The position is available on-site with a schedule of Monday to Friday during standard business hours and occasional extended hours which may include Saturdays.

The target base salary range for this role is $18.00-$22.00, based on various factors including skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, this role qualifies for a competitive incentives program based on individual and company performance.
