In the Role

• Skillfully multitask and adapt to the fast-paced demands of the role to deliver timely and efficient service.

• Build and maintain relationships by engaging with customers throughout the entire loan process, offering tailored solutions based on their unique needs.
• Oversee the complete life cycle of loans, including collections, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across various technological platforms, including phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement, maintaining an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Thoroughly educate customers on optional insurance products and ensure they fully understand the loans, terms, and available options.

This position has a schedule of Monday to Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours during the week, including some Saturdays as needed.

The target base salary ranges from $18.00 to $22.00, depending on various factors such as skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role qualifies for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
