About The Position

5 years of experience is highly recommended Data Collection : Unit Information : Respiratory Location : Hill Country Address : Floor : Respiratory Care Building : Hill Country Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds 24 Med surg Number of Staff 14 Type of staff : o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 2 therapists o Night Shift - 1-2 therapists Patient Ratios Cover the entire house. L&D, ER, ICU, Med Surg Type of equipment Vents, BIPAPS, High Flow Nasal Cannulas, Nebulizers, EKG, ABG s EMR Meditech Expanse Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. PALS and NRP ER, ICU, and L&D Experience and be able to work alone Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS 5 + years of experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Nebulizers, Ventilators (invasive and Non-invasive), intubation assists, EKG s, ABG s, inpatient transports. Best personality Fit : Go getter, able to work alone, likes helping people and the team .teamwork centered. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS : NRP, PALS, RRT Floating Area(s) : We cover the entire house so floating everywhere mentioned above. Dress Code : Scrub Color / Attire - Hunter Green Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
