Accounts Payable Coordinator

Join a dynamic Accounts Payable team supporting multiple sites! We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our client in Eastlake, OH. This role will be starting on a contract to hire basis to help manage high-volume invoice processing and vendor relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the chance to grow into a long-term role.

Responsibilities :

• Batch and process up to 100 invoices daily
• Manage high-volume vendor accounts
• Perform 3-way matching to POs
• Electronic filing of invoice copies
• Navigate multiple screens and email communications
• Maintain strong attention to detail and general office etiquette
• Work independently while asking questions when needed

Requirements

Pay Details : $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
