We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant who can handle a variety of responsibilities as we continue to grow.
This position requires a versatile person that can multi-task with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position requires a mature, dependable outgoing person that can work with a variety of people and is customer service driven.
Job responsibilities :
- Answering phone, determine appropriate routing to resolve customers’ concerns Setting appointments for our Design Consultants with potential customers (no selling is required) Entering customer leads into CRM Updating, scanning, maintaining, and filing customers’ paperwork Receiving and recording payments from customers Assisting manager with reporting from multiple lead sources Experience and skills requirements : Must follow specific script when answering phones Customer Service oriented Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Type : Full-Time (36 to 40 hours) Working Days : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 – 5 : 00 with 1-hour lunch 1-2 Saturdays a month 9 : 00 – 1 : 00 Shortened week when working Saturdays Powered by JazzHR
