In partnership with twenty-six Counties and Behavioral Health Departments across California, Psynergy provides rehabilitation and specialty mental health services to individuals afflicted with complex and chronic mental illness. We do this in an enriched residential environment where through support, skill-building and treatment clients have created thriving environments and communities of care. Our adjoining outpatient clinics provide and support the highest levels of service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist with minimum 5-10 years of clinical experience.
• A PASSION to help others
• Strong communications skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Proactive nature
• Independent worker
• Ability to be patient and empathetic
• Critical thinking skills to facilitate emergency dental intervention
• Ability to do research to solve problems
• A creative side to help solve unusual problems
• Ability to work on the fly and shift gears easily
