Talent Acquisition Manager - Sales
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting top-tier sales professionals. This role is pivotal in driving our talent strategy, partnering closely with business leaders, and leveraging cutting-edge sourcing tools to build high-performing sales teams. What You'll Do :
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters focused on high-volume sales hiring across multiple regions.
- Partner with senior sales leaders to understand workforce planning needs and develop scalable recruiting strategies.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for key sales roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and Phenom CRM.
- Optimize and manage recruiting workflows within Workday Recruiter, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top sales talent through digital channels and career events.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the recruiting team.
What You Bring :
5+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on sales recruiting.Proven success in high-volume hiring environments and building scalable recruiting processes.Expertise in Workday, LinkedIn, and Indeed; experience with Phenom CRM is a plus.Strong understanding of sales roles and the competencies that drive success in sales organizations.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and make strategic decisions.High level of tech-savviness and comfort with recruitment technologies and tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.Why Join Us :
