What You’ll Do :

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers

Offer companionship — conversation, games, and encouragement

Light housekeeping & meal preparation

Medication reminders (within state guidelines)

Communicate with families and care team members

Document care provided using simple digital tools

What You’ll Need : Must be 18 or older

High school diploma or GED

HHA certification (preferred) — or prior caregiving / healthcare experience

A caring heart and strong communication skills

Ability to pass background & drug checks

A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
