What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Operator , your core responsibilities will include :

Machine Operation : Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components according to blueprints and specifications.

Inspection and Quality Control : Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.

Maintenance : Perform routine machine cleaning and upkeep to ensure optimal performance and safety.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, work effectively with your team, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following :

Qualifications :

CNC machine operation experience preferred (training provided for motivated candidates)

Positive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Skills :

Mechanical Aptitude : Understanding of basic machine operation and ability to troubleshoot simple issues helps ensure smooth production.

Attention to Detail : Accuracy in measuring and inspecting parts maintains product quality and customer satisfaction.

Teamwork : Strong communication and cooperation with coworkers support consistent production and efficiency.
