The team includes 2 MDs and 4 CRNAs daily, with a mix of supervision and autonomy depending on the day. Case types range from general surgery, ortho, GI, and ENT to IR and cardiac (14% cardiac). The call schedule is Q4 home call with post-call days off, and weekends / holidays are shared among 4 physicians. Shifts include 73 for non-call MDs, a call MD who finishes the day and is off post-call, and one CV-focused MD from 73.
