ABOUT THIS ROLE
Audibles Business Development team develops strategic partnerships that deliver compelling differentiated experiences to accelerate Audible member growth and engagement. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Manager to support our partnership and deal execution processes. This role combines strategic deal support operational excellence and project management to ensure successful partnership outcomes from initial negotiation through implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments has a passion for turning complex deals into operational success and is prepared to eventually take on their own independent partnership deals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74400 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $159200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
