What You’ll Do

• Lead the design and construction of drinking water treatment facilities, pump stations, and storage systems.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with municipal clients, partners, and stakeholders across Colorado and the western U.S.
• Serve as the primary point of contact through every project phase. Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Guide proposal development and business pursuits to expand market presence and grow client accounts.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping shape the next generation of water industry leaders.
• Represent the firm within the regional water and wastewater community through active engagement and thought leadership.
