Job description

Care Administrator

The Care Administrator leads client care services and contributes to business growth through community outreach and direct sales. This includes assessments, care plans, client relationships, caregiver supervision, and training. The Care Administrator ensures services meet agency standards and regulations.

In addition to managing caregivers, this role oversees an Operations Specialist who supports scheduling, recruiting, and provides after-hours support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Oversee client onboarding and caregiver introductions.
  • Act as primary contact for clients and families.
  • Oversee schedules with the Operations Specialist.
  • Review care notes for quality and compliance.

Caregiver Success :

  • Conduct final interviews and make hiring decisions.
  • Oversee and lead caregiver training.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback.
  • Support caregiver retention and adherence to standards.
  • Community Outreach & Growth :

  • Drive revenue through outreach and phone solicitation to clients and referral sources.
  • Represent the agency at community events.
  • Goals :

  • Improve shift compliance and caregiver reliability.
  • Build and maintain a strong caregiver team.
  • Lead employee management and foster a positive culture.
  • Develop an accountability model.
  • Increase sales revenue through relationship-building.
  • Qualifications

  • 23 years of leadership experience in home care or healthcare administration.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn care regulations.
  • Solid leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability under pressure.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel locally within North Austin and surrounding areas, including Georgetown and Lakeway.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and perform light physical activity.
  • Occasional after-hours support as needed.
  • Compensation

    Salary : $45,000 $57,000 per year, based on experience and business growth. Philosophy : We reward results and leadership impact. As you grow our client base and strengthen our team, your compensation will increase through raises and bonuses. Benefits : Mileage reimbursement and PTO.
