Media Buyer [META] D2C E-Commerce für Sportprodukte (Werkstudent

  • in / Minijob)

Otaro ist ein junges, inhabergeführtes Unternehmen aus Süddeutschland, das hochwertige Sport- und Outdoorprodukte entwickelt und direkt über unseren eigenen Onlineshop sowie Marktplätze vertreibt. Wir fokussieren auf Wintersport (Ski, Snowboard & Co) und bringen funktionale, stylische und langlebige Produkte zu unserer Community in Deutschland und Europa. Für die kommende Wintersaison (BFCM, Weihnachten, Januar–März) suchen wir dich als Media Buyer (m / w / d) für die Umsetzung und Skalierung unserer Meta Kampagnen auf Werkstudenten- oder Minijobbasis , um unsere Performance zu steigern.

Aufgaben

  • Kampagnenmanagement : Eigenständiges Setup, Management und Optimierung unserer Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Targeting & Skalierung : Retargeting, Lookalikes und Zielgruppen-Tests zur Maximierung des ROAS.
  • Ad-Uploads : Regelmäßiger Upload neuer Creatives (Video, Static, Carousel) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Creative-Team.
  • Budgetsteuerung : Planung, Verteilung und Anpassung in enger Abstimmung mit dem Performance Lead.
  • Analyse & Reporting : Kontinuierliche Auswertung relevanter KPIs (ROAS, CPAs, CTRs) sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • A / B-Testing : Durchführung von strukturierten Tests (Creatives, Zielgruppen, Placements) und Ableitung von Learnings.

    • Qualifikation

  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Meta-Performance-Marketing , idealerweise im D2C-E-Commerce .
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Meta Ads Manager sowie der Funnel-Logik .
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis und hohe Zahlenaffinität .
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Creatives & Testing-Logiken im E-Commerce von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
