At 2B Living , we do things differently—we Solve Hard Problems, Grow Courageously, and Row Together to Run Properties Right . We are looking for a talented Senior Property Manager to oversee a 20 property, ~320 unit portfolio in San Francisco that 2B Living will start managing on 11 / 20.
This role will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations. Who You Are :

You are a strong problem solver which means you have the ability to identify and solve problems quickly, and can see around the corner to predict problems before they arise. What You’ll Do :
Provide a best-in-class property management experience for our residents, owners, and vendors First point of contact for property owner which means you will need to have your finger on the pulse of the properties at all times Oversee day to day property operations including resident maintenance requests, resident concerns, move-ins / outs, unit turnovers, rent collection / delinquency, evictions and any property lawsuits Oversee on-site managers that live at the properties and delegate relevant tasks including weekly property inspections, notice posting, and vendor access Oversee on-site managers that live at the properties and delegate relevant tasks including weekly property inspections, notice posting, and vendor access Monitor building system permits and operations Regularly visit the properties Monthly financial reporting analysis and variance notes Provide input on leasing / renewal strategy What you Bring : Must be based in or near San Francisco.This role requires you to be in San Francisco daily Working knowledge of local, state, and national regulations including rent control, just cause evictions, and Fair Housing laws Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working directly with property owners / clients and residents 3+ years of relevant Property Management experience within the Bay Area, ideally in San Francisco Full time – At least 40 Hours per week – Must be available on weekends for staffing needs and emergencies.Vehicle and valid drivers license required Compensation & Benefits Base salary :
