Job Summary :

Inside Sales is responsible for assisting outside Business Development Managers to drive and manage existing opportunities to achieve revenue targets. The individual that will flourish as inside sales role is someone that is a great communicator, a team player, and can operate at scale with agility and accountability. This role will focus on the sales opportunity across system integrators as well as distributors in N. America.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with existing customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on project status
• Research and qualify new leads from LinkedIn and other industry outlets
• Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities
• Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information per email
• Provide in-depth analysis on customer-level issues and deliver resolution recommendation
• Explain and demonstrate features of products and service
• Stay informed about competing products and services
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers
• Provide weekly Sales report
