Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Data Science and Analytics Specialist.

As a key member of our PMO (Project Management Office), you will assist in building project management capabilities, driving digitalization and automation initiatives, and pioneering innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate for this role is a professional who is passionate about data science, analytics, and technology, with basic understanding of project management and a desire to contribute to the future of our organization.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong passion for data science, analytics, and technology, with a desire to contribute to the future of project management.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in developing tools and automating workflows.
  • Knowledge of power applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management software and tools is desirable.

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience in utilizing data science and analytics techniques to drive insights and process improvements.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digitalization and automation initiatives.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
