As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our psychiatry portfolio. You will implement effective sales and marketing strategies, leveraging your clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Business Planning & Account Leadership - Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, craft strategies, allocate resources, and enhance sales performance.
Selling - Communicate compelling messages to customers, effectively address their needs, manage objections, and secure commitments to drive behavior changes.
Customer Development - Cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships aligned with customer needs and organizational goals, focusing on comprehensive account management.
Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise - Analyze and validate market trends, understand account connections, and apply deep therapeutic knowledge to identify and prioritize unique opportunities.
Reimbursement - Stay informed about reimbursement dynamics and proactively address payer access issues across various payers using Lundbeck resources.
Pharmaceutical Environment / Compliance - Uphold knowledge of the pharmaceutical and regulatory landscape, ensuring adherence to Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations regarding product promotion.

The national salary range for this position is $117,000 - $137,000, with an additional sales incentive target of $39,000.
