Automation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect / Lead to define and implement the organization's automation strategy and governance framework . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving best practices in RPA and low-code automation platforms , primarily focusing on UiPath and Power Automate . This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design scalable automation solutions, maintaining existing bots, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define the overall automation platform strategy and governance framework .
• Establish and enforce standards, best practices, and development guidelines for automation projects.
• Collaborate with business analysts and key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and document automation requirements.
• Architect high-level automation designs aligned with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing automation bots for performance and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality assurance policies in all automation solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and improvements to enhance automation capabilities.
