Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all core bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Manage general ledger maintenance, adjusting entries, and monthly closings
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for management review
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and auditing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Liaise with external CPAs and tax advisors
Requirements
3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience; tech industry exposure a plusProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail, organization, and time managementExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-based environmentAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredRobert Half works to put you in the best position to succeed.
