This range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
Job Details
My client's Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a litigation associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in commercial foreclosure litigation, creditor’s rights, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and other real estate litigation matters.
Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. My client possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
At least 3-4 years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery). Courtroom experience preferred but not required.
Experience with commercial foreclosure litigation and creditor’s rights, but experience with commercial landlord-tenant disputes or other real estate litigation matters will be considered.
Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper NY citation formatting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong academic credentials.
Self-motivated and organized.
