Office Villas is a vibrant shared workspace located in Great Neck, Long Island. Our community of more than 250 members represents a diverse mix of industry sectors. Office Villas offers private offices, open common areas, conference rooms, phone booths, a lounge, and additional amenities to support the Greater Great Neck community.
The Role
As Community Manager, you will manage the daily needs of the workplace community while building relationships with members to enhance their experience. Your duties include :
- Support the concierge function and contribute to the quality of our front desk experience.
- Plan member events and engage in community development.
- Develop relationships with Office Villas members.
- Respond to member requests efficiently and personally.
- Assure that regular systems operate smoothly and assist when necessary.
- Assist members in the onboarding and off‑boarding process.
- Conduct tours and engage prospective members.
- Receive and distribute members’ mail and packages.
- Upsell services including dedicated desks, virtual offices, and parking permits.
- Liaise with maintenance and cleaning crew to ensure building cleanliness.
- Stock and maintain supply areas throughout Office Villas.

Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.Drive company growth by generating leads, completing tours, and selling memberships.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Self‑motivated with a desire to learn new things.Proven customer service skills.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum 12‑18 months work experience.Available 40 hours per week between 9 am – 5 : 30 pm Monday‑Thursday and 9 am – 3 pm on Fridays.Compensation
