Key Benefits Join a growing boutique firm with a specialized focus on plaintiffs’ securities litigation Contribute to high-impact shareholder derivative cases with national reach Thrive in a collegial, team-oriented environment with a clear partner-track trajectory Competitive salary with performance-based bonus potential Opportunity for professional and personal development in a respected practice Key Responsibilities Manage shareholder derivative litigation cases in federal and state courts Draft and brief motions, pleadings, and other legal documents Conduct in-depth legal research on securities law and corporate fiduciary duties Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies and manage litigation from inception to resolution Handle client communications and provide proactive case updates Support discovery processes, including document review and e-discovery (ESI) management Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings Qualifications Required :

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on commercial or securities law (plaintiff or defense side) Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to case work Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment Stable employment history with a demonstrated commitment to excellence Preferred : Demonstrated interest or experience in securities law and corporate fiduciary duties Familiarity with financial markets, accounting standards, and finance theory Prior experience at a plaintiffs’ securities firm, Big Law, or in complex litigation Experience with shareholder derivative litigation or class actions Salary & Benefits Base Salary : $180,000 – $300,000 (based on experience and background) Bonus : Performance-based annual bonus eligibility Work Setup : Primarily onsite, with possible flexibility for 1 day hybrid Perks & Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer contributions Generous paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Additional firm benefits (disclosed during interviews) Additional Information This role does not offer visa sponsorship Candidates with unstable employment histories will not be considered Only qualified candidates will be contacted Position is partner-track with significant opportunities for career advancement How to Apply Advance your litigation career with a leading securities practice.
