Travel Requirement : Approximately 15-20%

Job Summary : As a Senior SCADA Engineer at you will lead the design, development, and administration of sophisticated SCADA systems for our clients across the energy and utilities sectors. This senior role not only requires advanced technical skills but also leadership acumen and sales engineering capabilities to foster client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the engineering and development of complex SCADA systems for new installations, system expansions, and integrations with third party systems.
• Act as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers and project teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their operational needs, develop trusted relationships, and provide consultative support.
• Design custom solutions and develop detailed proposals that align with client requirements and business objectives.
• Oversee and provide technical and maintenance support, ensuring the highest level of system performance and reliability.
• Support rotational after-hours support schedules to guarantee continuous system operations.
