Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Farbicators for projects located in Kaukauna, WI . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28 / hour based on experience and skill level plus $100 / per diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope :

Utilizing welding techniques used on all gauges of construction metals
Aluminum and stainless steel welding
Read and work from blueprints, layouts and other types of work orders
Operate basic hand / air tools, including electric grinders and overhead cranes
Meet quality and performance expectations

Responsibilities

Welding program diploma, job related coursework, or equivalent experience

MIG welding experience

Must possess strong mathematical and analytical skills

Accurately use a tape measure, caliper, and square

Grinding, insulating, painting and / or assembly experience

Heavy steel fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly

Good depth perception and peripheral vision

Pulling, pushing, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crawling, hand manipulation, and standing for extended amount of time

Must be able to regularly lift and / or love up to 25 pounds

Frequently lift and / or move items weighing 50-75 pours with either teammate or mechanical assistance
