Med Surg RN

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Med Surg RN to fill an opening with nationally ranked healthcare facility  in Tallahassee, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Med Surg RN :

Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation

Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team

Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues

Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation

Act as an advocate for patient safety .

Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.

Required Qualifications for Med Surg RN :

Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w / in 90 days)

1+ year of RN bedside experience using clinical skills

1+ year of recent acute care / hospital experience strongly preferred

BLS w / in 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications for Med Surg RN :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Bilingual (English / Spanish)
