Our client is one of the top-performing Farmers Insurance offices in Texas, built for high-volume sales reps who want to win. They specialize in property, auto, and commercial insurance and offer a well-run system so our sales team can focus 100% on closing deals. They are hiring a full-time sales consultant to join their in-office team and scale fast.

The Role :

• 2–4 week ramp up training & learning the backend systems of the Agency
• Graduate to full-time closer position with pre-built, quoted leads
• Make 80+ outbound calls per day using proven scripts and objection handling
• Close property, auto, and commercial insurance policies
• Attend 3 sales meetings per week and monthly call reviews
