What You'll Do : Provide excellent customer service to clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations when necessary. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity. Collaborate with team members and site personnel to maintain a secure environment in a dynamic technology, media, and telecom setting. Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
