Job description

All'interno del team di Talent Management avrà assegnate le seguenti mansioni principali, che prevedranno gestione attiva e proattiva :

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni totali in ruoli come : SMM e PR Manager.
  • Italiano : madrelingua
  • Inglese : livello B2 / C1 (non serve attestazione, viene valutato in fase di colloquio)
  • Disponibilità a trasferte per meeting con clienti e creator
  • Si richiede la risorsa conosca (almeno i fondamenti) il mondo dei content creator e dell'influencer marketing, sia dal punto di vista delle terminologie collegate alle piattaforme di riferimento, sia legate alle dinamiche economiche e del settore.
  • Si richiede la risorsa abbia competenza in ambito SMM, elaborazione di strategie comunicative e stesura di PED. Insieme alla risorsa sarà definita la strategia comunicativa di Arkadia su IG, LinkedIn e Web e le sarà assegnato un budget ad hoc per la realizzazione dei materiali necessari.

Il candidato ideale

  • Ama imparare le logiche che goverarno il settore dei content creator, ma è in grado dopo una fase di formazione di eseguire azioni in totale autonomia.
  • Ama aggiungere alle informazioni condivise dal team un proprio percorso di formazione e ricerca personale.
  • Sa lavorare efficientemente in smartworking coordinandosi costantemente con il resto del team da remoto.

  • Il team condivide internamente oltre alle action da intraprendere anche i motivi che portano a tali decisioni.
  • Qualora la formazione sia utile al ruolo all'interno di Arkadia, valutiamo la copertura di eventuali costi di formazione per corsi di approfondimento e sviluppo.
  • Una profonda condivisione delle esperienze e delle competenze dei soci e del team che siano momento di formazione e arricchimento per quanto concerne gli ambit iin cui Arkadia opera.
  • Una totale gestione del tempo lavorativo, basando il rapporto sul raggiungimento di obiettivi e sulla gestione delle task.

    • Selezione - totalmente da remoto

  • Fase 1 : apply su LinkedIn (5 min)
  • Fase 2 : form su GoogleDocs (30 min)
  • Fase 3 : call conoscitiva (30 min)
  • Fase 4 : call di approfondimento (30 min)
  • Fase 5 : proposta economica strutturata ad hoc in base a caratteristiche candidato (valutando sia profili totalmente Junior che Senior)
