We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Growth Manager. to lead strategy and execution across our direct-to-consumer (Shopify) channels. This role will own customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, managing paid media, lifecycle marketing, and CRO to deliver profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own DTC P&L : manage budgets, forecasting, and performance optimization.
- Lead paid social, search / Shopping, email / SMS, influencer / affiliate, and display campaigns.
- Drive CRO and A / B testing (offers, audiences, creatives, landing pages) to improve CVR, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Oversee lifecycle programs (replenishment, win-back, loyalty) to boost repeat purchase.
- Partner with Creative, eCommerce, and Brand teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and launches.
- Manage and mentor a performance marketing team; oversee agency relationships.
- Evolve the growth tech stack (tracking, attribution, automation, feeds) with a Shopify-centric lens.
Qualifications :
7+ years eCommerce / DTC growth experience; 2+ years leading teams.Proven ownership of paid media, lifecycle, CRO, and influencer / affiliate programs.Strong analytical mindset; fluent in CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cohort metrics.Hands-on with Shopify ecosystem, GA4, attribution tools, and marketing automation.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related; MBA a plus.Offer :
