CCaaS Implementation Architect - REMOTE

As a CCaaS Implementation Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of advanced contact center solutions for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical execution, ensuring platform implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with client objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide architecture, integrate emerging AI and automation capabilities, and provide strategic consultation to senior stakeholders. You will work across multiple platforms, drive technical excellence, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of CCaaS solutions for enterprise clients.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.
• Conduct IT and business stakeholder interviews to define requirements and milestones.
• Provide subject matter expertise in platform integrations, APIs (REST / SOAP), and advanced workforce engagement tools.
• Guide coding standards, reusable templates, and best practices across implementation teams.
• Support PMO-driven status reporting, executive readouts, and documentation standards including BRDs and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
