Responsibilities
Advance the company’s established strategic sales direction, message, and brand.?Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals on new maintenance & snow business.Create and maintain beneficial networking opportunities to expand its reach and advance the Brilar brand.Prospect and secure new business through networking, cold calling, emails, consistent follow-ups, and in-person to support the growth of BrilarBuild and maintain a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainmentDrive significant growth in the market for new clients, achieving or exceeding individual quotaDefine, execute, and own an engagement plan for key prospectsReport sales metricsPositively represent the company and brand at all timesStay well-informed of changes and advances in the industryRequirements :
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service salesSufficient knowledge and experience with CRM software?Be highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeedProven track record of sales goal attainment in a more extended selling cycle environmentProven track record in sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsFace-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levelsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal?Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and virtualExperience with RFP documentation is a strong assetAble to work proactively for extended periods with minimal direct supervision?Possess a positive and friendly attitudeMust sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicit agreement
