We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to join our Minneapolis team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a client-facing position, has strong organizational skills, and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic agency environment. You will serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and client expectations are met with excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.

Support senior account representatives in coordinating campaigns and projects.

Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution.

Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general project management tools.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
