Verinext is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. This individual will play a key role in identifying and securing top talent across both internal and external roles across Network Engineering, Security, Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Sales, Operations and other areas. The ideal candidate is a proactive partner to hiring leaders and clients. This Senior Recruiter should thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement of our recruiting strategy and execution.
Requirements
- Partner closely with internal leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of internal and client-facing technical, sales and operations positions
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels
- Participate in client and stakeholder calls to gather requirements, provide market insights, and align on hiring priorities.
- Maintain a strong and consistent LinkedIn presence to increase visibility, engage talent communities, and promote open opportunities
- Contribute to the development and optimization of recruiting processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and overall hiring outcomes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruiting performance, report progress, and recommend improvements
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence within the recruiting landscape
- Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all touchpoints
Qualifications
5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on technical rolesProven ability to manage diverse requisitions simultaneously across multiple business unitsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnershipsExperience recruiting for both internal corporate roles and client-based positionsExcellent communication, organization, and negotiation skillsResults-oriented mindset with a passion for talent acquisition and continuous improvementBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Benefits
