Director of Rooms Requirements & Qualifications :
Knowledge and real-world experience in Forbes 5-star standardsPrevious experience in hotel / resort operations, preferably in full-service, upscale independent propertiesProven ability to manage day-to-day operations across multiple departmentsStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and monthly planningAbility to adhere to staffing and budget guidelinesCommitment to maintaining service standards and guest satisfactionWillingness to regularly inspect public areas, guestrooms, and back-of-house spacesLeadership skills to supervise staff performance, attendance, and conductDirector of Rooms Preferred Background & Skills :
