Assignment Information :

Full-time, 12 months position with variable schedule including evenings and weekends.

Office located at Minnetonka High School - Arts Center.

Minimum salary $55,000

This benefit-eligible position is covered by an individual letter of assignment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the overall technical operations of the Performing Arts Center and general support for all MHS theater programming.
• Coordinate technical needs with district staff for all fine arts performances and district sponsored meetings and events.
• Coordinate and act as site manager for all outside rental user groups.
• Operate and upkeep Arts Center lighting and sound equipment.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Job Qualifications :

• Degree in theatre arts or related field.
• Experience with computer operated lighting, sound, and drafting programs, including Vectorworks and Qlab a plus.
• Evidence of the ability to supervise and motivate students, volunteers and other contracted staff.
• Evidence of the ability to attend planned weekend performances as directed.
• Knowledge of video production a plus.
• Ability to work cooperatively with District staff and facility offering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
• Master Electrician skill-set preferred.
