A company is looking for a DTC Retention Manager / Account Strategist (using Klaviyo).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main strategic point of contact for 15+ retained brands and lead client calls to translate business goals into actionable retention roadmaps
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project managers to deliver high-performing campaigns and ensure strategic alignment
Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and oversee A / B tests for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
2+ years in Project / Account Management, Client Success, or Retention Strategy within a DTC / ecommerce agency
Highly proficient in Klaviyo and strong understanding of Shopify and modern retention marketing practices
Experience leading strategy calls and managing deliverables effectively
Ability to use data to inform strategy and drive measurable impact
Confidence in guiding clients toward retention wins and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving
