Front of House Manager

CookNSolo, the Philadelphia hospitality group behind such celebrated restaurants as Zahav, Laser Wolf, Dizengoff, Goldie, K'Far, Jaffa Bar, and Lilah Events is hiring a front-of-house manager to join our growing team. We are seeking an experienced candidate to be a part of our dedicated staff. This person will join a management team whose mission is to create a safe and caring environment for the staff, so that they can extend that care to our guests.

A Front of House Manager is expected to :

• Work closely with the other FOH and kitchen managers to oversee service, train staff, communicate with the kitchen team, and handle administrative tasks
• Have a desire to learn, a strong sense of empathy & hospitality, enjoys interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment
• Lead by example at all times
• Touch all tables and make connections with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and rectify any negative impressions
• Guarantee product quality and service standards are maintained at all times
• Collaborate with the entire management team, corporate team and ownership to develop, implement and execute restaurant priorities
• Help to hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively, and take corrective action as necessary, in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy

Starting salary is $60,000+, based on experience.
