About the role :

We are looking for a Product Owner with a passion for building modern cloud applications and working hands-on with the engineering team in an agile environment.

As a Product Owner, you will have the opportunity help us create a new platform to enable our growing business to scale to new demands and accommodate a growing number of new clients.

You will be building new applications from the ground up as well as managing the maintenance / enhancement of our existing applications.

You will be responsible for the planning of product development efforts and drive its execution. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our company's mission.

What you will be doing :

• Maintain product ownership and accountability from initial sprint until product release using Scrum framework to drive product development process.
• Participate with product stakeholders and end-users in product discovery meetings and identify and describe product requirements and specifications.
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the backlog of features for the current and upcoming sprint(s).
• Provide forecasting and release planning information to product stakeholders.
• Create and provide product training materials for the end users.

What you need for this position :

• Prior experience working as Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner in a software development environment working on both web and mobile applications.
• A strong technical background proven through work experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to details and a deep understanding of how it can affect the quality and usability of the product.
• Prior experience or familiarity of Agile framework and principles.
• Prior experience or familiarity with Jira and Confluence or equivalent solutions.
• Deep passion for building innovative SaaS software and Mobile solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Nice to have :

• Certified Product Owner, Scrum Master, or both.
• Prior experience building or working with SaaS HR software solutions.
• Prior experience building or working with SaaS Staffing software solutions.
• Understanding of AWS cloud and SaaS software solutions.
