Part-Time Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing

• Lead and supervise the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care and task completion.\n
• Assist in onboarding and training new nursing personnel to maintain top-quality care.\n
• Motivate and support LPNs and nursing assistants within the unit.\n
• Provide clear explanations of nursing procedures to staff, fostering ongoing education.\n
• Regularly communicate with the Director of Nursing regarding resident assessments and staff performance.\n
• Monitor residents' health and emotional conditions, promptly notifying the physician and family of significant changes.\n\nIdeal Qualifications : \n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.\n
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state.\n
• A minimum of one year nursing experience is preferred.\n
• Strong commitment to professional nursing standards and principles.\n
• Excellent assessment, planning, and evaluation skills.\n
• Compassionate and patient attitude when interacting with residents and staff.\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.\n
• Ability to effectively lead and direct others in a nursing environment.\n
