Sr. Customer Service / Export Coordinator
FL Orlando Position Requirements The Sr. Customer Service Rep / Export Coordinator position will perform the following duties :
- Coordinate the input of customer orders, credits, invoicing and ensure accuracy.
- Provide informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors and co-workers.
- Responsible for daily communication with export franchisees, processing Pro Formas.
- Coordinate with Router, setting delivery appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Writing sample requests and special orders when necessary.
- Attend training and Customer Service meetings.
- Train new customer service representatives.
- Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking faxes and mail on a daily basis.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications : High School Diploma / GED or Equivalent Experience.
1 2 years foodservice customer service experience. o Experience dispatching delivery and or pickup.
o Proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
o Proficiency in Windows based applications (Word and Excel).
o Internet aptitude- particularly to learn customer portal applications.
o Professional communication skills (written and oral) for interaction with team members, clients, and vendors.
o Attention to detail.
o Strong problem-solving skill set
Preferred Qualifications : Export freight forwarding experience is a plus.
